  • 1 lb. raw shrimp, deveined
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbs. parsley, chopped

Preheat grill to low heat. Rub sea salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper on each shrimp evenly. In a small mixing bowl combine garlic, parsley and melted butter. Brush once over shrimp. Place shrimp on the grill
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, turning once. Remove shrimp from grill and plate. Brush butter mixture over shrimp and serve.
