Perfect fix for a quick home cooked meal. Linguine tossed in a garlic butter sauce and topped with cheese is definitely the way to go.

  • 8 oz linguine; cooked
  • 4 Tbs unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves; minced
  • 1 ½ C cherry tomatoes; halved
  • ½ lemon; juiced
  • ½ C white wine
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Olive Oil

Boil the linguine with some salt and olive oil until tender. Drain and set a side.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the garlic and cook for 2 minutes and later the bay leaves, tomato halves, white wine and lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes.

Then add the mixture with the cooked pasta and toss until pasta is well coated.

Plate and top it off with some grated parmesan cheese. Optional to add more minced garlic as garnish.
