If you can’t decide between steak and lobster, don’t! This grilled recipe will satisfy all of your flavor cravings by combining garlic, butter, lemon, spices, asparagus, steak, and lobster tails.

  • 1 ½ Pounds of Sirloin Steak
  • 4 6-Ounce Lobster Tails
  • 1 Pack of Asparagus
  • 1 Cup of Softened Butter
  • ½ Cup of Parsley
  • 8 Minced Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons of Chopped Rosemary
  • 2 Teaspoons of Chopped Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Begin by combining the parsley, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Cut through the membrane of the lobster tails to expose the meat, and then cover all of your meat with equal amounts of the butter mixture.

On pieces of tinfoil, place a steak or lobster tail in the center, along with a few pieces of asparagus. If you have any leftover butter mixture, feel free to place some on top of the asparagus. Then, fold the tinfoil over the meat and seal it shut by pinching the ends together, making sure to leave some free space above the meat

Grill each packet for 17-25 minutes and serve carefully!
