Garlic Cauliflower

Just what it sounds like, cauliflower with a bit more pep thanks to some garlic and peper!

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, head -- separated into florets
  • 6 Tbs. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic -- minced
  • 1 Tbs. paprika
  • 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper -- to taste

Directions

Break the cauliflower up into florets. Steam the cauliflower in the microwave or boil in enough until tender, about 8-10 minutes, depending upon the strength of your microwave. Drain the cauliflower and place it in serving bowl.


While the cauliflower is cooking, heat the olive oil in a small skillet and sauté the garlic over medium heat for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring to mix well. Pour over the cauliflower, toss to coat and serve immediately.
