Garlic Cheese Rigatoni
- 1 C. rigatoni noodles
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 oz. Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 slice, prepackaged cheese slices (i.e. Kraft)
- 1 Tbs. minced garlic
Cook noodles as directed on package in a medium saucepan. Drain noodles. Transfer noodles back to the saucepan. Add cheeses and garlic to noodles and cook over low heat. Stir constantly until melted and blended well.
