- 1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 3/4 C. chicken broth
- 1 16-oz. bag frozen vegetables of choice
- 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- dash of paprika

Directions
Place garlic in a large skillet over medium heat. Place chicken on top of garlic, turning chicken until both sides are cooked. Remove chicken from skillet. Pour chicken broth into skillet and add the frozen vegetables. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and return chicken to skillet. Stir in cheese, season with paprika, and cover. Cook for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
