  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tbsp. thyme leaves, freshly chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 6 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 24 jumbo shrimp, unshelled
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

In a medium bowl, whisk melted butter, thyme, chopped garlic, lemon pepper, and chili powder. Marinate the shrimp in the butter mixture for 2 hours in the fridge, covered in plastic wrap. Heat the grill to high heat and take the shrimp out of the fridge. Season with salt and more lemon pepper and place shrimp on the grill. Brush with more of the butter mixture and cook on both sides for 3 1/2 minutes. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
