Garlic Herb Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/2 tsp. kosher or sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 8-oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 C. sour cream
Directions
Blend first four ingredients in a food processor until garlic is finely chopped, occasionally scraping down sides of bowl. Add cream cheese and sour cream and blend well. Season with more salt and pepper, if needed. Transfer to serving bowl; chill 30 minutes or longer. Serve with crackers.
