  • 3 lb. red baby potatoes, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 1/2 C. chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1/4 C. milk
