  • 8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 a cup skim milk
  • 1/4 a cup butter
  • ΒΌ cup of garlic seasoning
  • salt and coarse black pepper, to taste

First, bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
Add the quartered potatoes to the water and boil them until they become soft. Then drain the pot and place the potatoes in a large bowl.
Combine the potatoes with milk, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix everything well with a potato masher, or mash by hand with a whisk until creamy and fluffy.
Serve immediately.
