Ingredients

  • 8 oz of fusilli pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ¼ a cup of garlic seasoning
  • 1 large bunch of kale, stems removed and chopped
  • ½ a cup of grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup of rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

First, add water to a large pot of salted water and boil it. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until the pasta is ready to be drained. Then drain the pasta, transfer it to a plate and set it aside.
Next, in a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and cook the onions until they become soft. Then remove the onions from the heat.
Next, add kale and 2 tablespoons of water, and sauté until it wilts.
Then add the Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, chicken, pepper, and pasta to a warm skillet and stir everything well. Serve the pasta warm.
