Garlic Pepper Mayonnaise
- a quart jar of mayo (remove ¼ of mayo)
- 3 tbsp garlic paste
- 3 tbsp roasted chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (my oil is garlic flavored, go figure)
Mix all the ingredients with the jar of mayo with a spoon. Place jar in the refrigerator overnight to let things blend. Remember that a recipe is simply an outline; it is not written in stone. Don't be afraid to make changes to your taste. This has more than a hint of garlic, depending on your taste you may want to tone this one down. For us... it's great.
