  • 6 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 sprigs rosemary, minced
  • 1/4 C. oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 yellow squash, coined
  • wooden skewers, soaked

In a bowl, mix the garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, oil, and chicken cubes. Pour the contents into a resealable bag and marinate for at least 15 minutes. In another bowl, combine the summer squash and a drizzle of oil. Season generously with salt and pepper. Assemble the kebabs by alternating the chicken and squash. Heat the grill on high and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
