  • 1 (10 count) package bratwurst
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 (12 oz.) bottles beer
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. red pepper flakes

In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Pour in beer, stir, and bring to a boil. Add bratwursts and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove bratwursts from pot and transfer to a preheated grill. Grill for 5 to 10 minutes on each side and serve!
