  • ½ lb. linguine, cooked and drained
  • 2 C. broccoli florets, steamed
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 stick butter, unsalted
  • 2 C. heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese

In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add in heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and simmer for 8 minutes as the sauce thickens. In a greased baking dish, combine cooked linguine, cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. Cover and freeze until needed. Thaw in refrigerator the night before cooking and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
