These Italian-inspired sandwiches stuff genoa salami, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes between two halves of a ciabatta loaf for a hearty meal the entire family can enjoy. If you'd like to add an additional Italian touch to your meal, substitute the vinegar and olive oil on the bottom half of the bread with a green olive tapenade.

Drizzle each of the cut sides of the top and bottom halves of ciabatta with half of the vinegar and half of the olive oil. Arrange salad greens on the bottom ciabatta half, followed by the tomato, Swiss cheese, and salami. Sprinkle the top of the salami with basil and rosemary. Season with pepper as needed. Place the other half of the loaf on top, pressing down to help hold the sandwich together. Cut into eight individual sandwiches and serve.
