  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • Sweetened coconut flakes

Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval. Melt the butter as well and then mix the melted butter and chocolate chips together. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate-butter mix with the flour, vanilla, sugar, salt, eggs, and baking powder. Spread the batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the brownies with coconut flakes and cut into squares.
