  • 5 thin-cut steaks
  • 0.5 c. of flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbs of butter

In a bowl, combine the flour and paprika with some salt and pepper on a plate. Dip the steaks into the flour first, then the beaten egg, then the breadcrumbs. Cook schnitzels for about 5 min on each side in butter and olive oil until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy. Serve with potatoes on the side.
