  • 1 Quartered Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Quartered Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Quartered Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Package of Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sliced Green Onion
  • 4 Slices of Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
  • ⅓ Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Pinch of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper

While you preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, grease a baking sheet and set it to the side. Then, in a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, green onion, bacon, garlic powder, and pepper with a electric mixer on medium speed.

Spoon this mix into the quarters of pepper and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Then, line them up on the baking sheet and place them in the oven until the cheese begins to bubble on top -- around 8-12 minutes. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before eating!
