Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray and put the bread dough in the bottom of the pan. Pinch the ends of the bread dough together to form a circle. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let the bread cool. Slice the bread in half on a serving platter. Drizzle the bottom half of the bread with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar. Sprinkle the bread next with ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning. Top the bread with cheese, then the meats. Add the lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle the sandwich with more olive oil, vinegar, and Italian seasoning. Top the sandwich with the other half of the bread and brush the bread with olive oil before sprinkling with seeds.
