  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 C. dry white wine
  • 1/3 C. orange juice
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 (8-in.) skewers
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into pieces

Cut the chicken into pieces. In a bowl whisk 1/4 C. white wine, orange juice, oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, and garlic powder. Reserve 1/4 C. mixture for basting. Pour the remaining mixture into a resealable bag and add the chicken. Seal and chill 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally.
Remove the chicken from marinade and discard the marinade. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the skewer. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes over medium-high heat and covered. Turn occasionally and baste with the reserved marinade.
