  • 2 ½ lb. baby back pork ribs
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T. sugar
  • ¼ C. fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ C. honey
  • 2 T. soy sauce

In a blender or food processor, combine, garlic, sugar, ginger, salt, and pepper. Add in honey and soy sauce and blend until evenly incorporated. Place ribs on a greased baking sheet and coat heavily with sauce. Cover and let marinate for at least two hours. Heat grill to a medium heat and cook for about 8 minutes on each side and an addition 8 minutes per side covered.
