Gingersnaps
Ingredients
- 2 C. flour
- 1 Tbs. ginger
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 C. shortening
- 1 C. sugar
- 1egg
- 1/4 C. molasses
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in medium mixing bowl. Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and molasses. Slowly add dry ingredients. Roll in balls and roll in sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes.
