Ingredients
- 1 C. regular (not instant) cocoa
- 2/3 C. heavy cream
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1 1/4 C. confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil over low heat. Cook until thick, stirring rapidly with a wire whisk. Use frosting while still hot but cake is cooled. Spread with an oiled spatula.
