Glazed Brown Sugar And Garlic Pork Chops

- 1 1/2 pounds Pork Chops
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
Preheat oven to 450°F
Use aluminum foil to line a baking sheet for easy cleanup. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Heat small sauté pan, add oil and minced garlic. Sauté until garlic is tender.
Remove sauté pan from heat. Add brown sugar and mix to form sauce.
Place pork chops on the prepared baking sheet. Cover with sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes until juices run clear. The actual cooking time depends on thickness of pork chops selected.
