  • 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 3 Sliced Peaches
  • 2 Cups of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • ½ Cup of Diced Onion
  • ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon of Chopped Rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Pinch of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Basil Leaves

In a large skillet over a medium-high heat, pour in the olive oil and begin cooking the chicken with the garlic, salt, and pepper. Then, add in the onion and cook until the chicken is no longer pink -- around 10-15 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and pour in the rosemary, brown sugar, and balsamic vinaigrette until it becomes thicker.

Next, stir in the peaches and tomatoes for a minute or so before returning the chicken to the skillet. Cover everything and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, making sure the chicken is being coated on both sides with the sauce. Sprinkle basil over the top, serve warm, and enjoy!
