  • 1/4 C brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 C. instant rice
  • 4 pieces skinless salmon fillet
  • 1 Tbs. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lettuce, as needed
  • Cherry tomatoes, as needed
  • Yellow tomatoes, as needed

In a bowl, combine sugar and soy sauce. Set aside.

Cook the rice according to the package directions.

Place the salmon and garlic on a heated skillet with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until salmon is done. Add the soy sauce glaze over the salmon during the last 2 minutes of cooking.

Serve with rice and salad.
