  • 2 sesame burger buns; already cut crosswise
  • 1 ½ C shredded lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • 2 beef patties (homemade or store bought)
  • Round sliced goats cheese
  • Oil

Begin heating the grill pan over medium high heat. Drizzle over some oil and place the beef patties on it. Grill each side for about 3-4 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat up a separate pan over medium heat and lightly toast both ends of the burger buns.

Once everything is ready, take the bottom end of the bun and layer it with some shredded lettuce then top it off with the meat patty.

Then add on 2 slices of the goats’ cheese, add tomatoes and finally top it off with the toasted bun head.

Plate and best served with a side of fries.
