Goat Cheese with Pecans, Cranberries, and Basil
Ingredients
- 8 oz. goat cheese log
- 1/2 C. chopped candied pecans
- 1/2 C. chopped dried cranberries
- 1/2 C. chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Combine pecans, basil, cranberries, and pepper on a plate and spread out the mixture. Roll goat log in the mixture. Be sure to coat every surface. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
