  • ½ stick butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages frozen broccoli cauliflower blend
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 T. olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan, melt butter and add garlic, 1 cup of cheddar, 1 cup of Parmesan, cornstarch, evaporated milk, and paprika. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce thickens. In a baking dish, spread out broccoli and cauliflower and pour sauce over top. In a bowl, combine remaining cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil. Sprinkle on top and bake for 1 hour until golden.
