Golden Chicken Breasts
- 4 large chicken breast halves, skinned
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbs. vinegar
- 1/2 C. apricot or peach preserves
- 1/2 C. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Arrange chicken breasts in single layer in shallow baking dish. Blend mustard and vinegar until smooth; stir in preserves. Gradually blend in soy sauce; pour mixture over breasts, turning pieces over to coat both sides. Bake, meaty side down, in 350ºF. oven 25 minutes. Turn breasts over and bake 20 minutes longer, or until no longer pink in center, brushing occasionally with pan juices.
