Golden Harvest Pork Stew
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb. pork cutlets, boneless and cut into 1" pieces
- 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 Tbs. vegetable boil
- 2 medium potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1" cubes
- 1 C. carrots, chopped
- 1/2 C. chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Mix pork pieces with 1 Tbs. flour and set aside. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork and cook until browned on all sides. Transfer to crockpot. Add remaining ingredients except for 1 Tbs. flour. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
Combine remaining flour and 1/4 C. cooking liquid in small bowl and stir until smooth. Stir flour mixture into stew. Cook on HIGH for 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Adjust seasonings if desired and serve.
