Golden Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 C. cooked brown rice
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 C. chopped onion, sauteed
- 2 C. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 C. skim milk
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a buttered 2-qt. casserole dish. Bake at 340 degrees in oven for 35-40 minutes.
Serve with: Creamy Chicken
