  • 1 lb. spiral pasta, cooked and drained
  • 5 C. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ C. flour
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 5 C. sharp cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour until beginning to brown. Whisk in milk until mixture thickens. Stir in mustard, paprika, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Once cheese is melted and sauce is creamy, toss with pasta and transfer to a greased baking dish. If preferred, top with additional cheese, and bake for 30 minutes until bubbling.
