  • ¾ C. all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ C. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (5 oz.) semisweet chocolate bar, chopped
  • 2 T. cocoa powder
  • Dash salt
  • 1 ½ sticks butter
  • ¾ C. sugar
  • ¼ C. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ C. caramel
  • 8 oz. white chocolate, finely chopped
  • ¾ C. heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt; set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in chocolate until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and brown sugar; let cool for a few minutes. Whisk in eggs and vanilla, gradually add flour mixture, and stir in chocolate chips. Transfer batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. Spread on caramel sauce and refrigerate to set up. Place white chocolate in a bowl. In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil and immediately pour over white chocolate. Stir until completely melted, smooth, and thickened. Spread over caramel and let set up.
