Gooey Chocolate Brownies with M&M's

Ingredients
- 2 cups Chocolate M&Ms
- Brownies:
- 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Butter
- 1¼ cup Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Glaze:
- ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Water

Directions
Brownies:
Melt butter and chocolate in heavy saucepan, remove from heat. Stir in eggs. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spread evenly in a 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes; until tester in centre has moist crumbs on it. Cool.
Glaze:
Melt 3/4 cup chocolate chips with 2 Tbsp each of butter and water. Stir until smooth. Spread over surface of brownies. Sprinkle the M&Ms all over the top of the brownies. Cut into squares.
