  • 2-12 oz tubes of cinnamon rolls cut into quarters
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ C. whipping cream
  • 3 Tbs. maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg

Coat the crockpot with cooking spray. Place half the rolls in the bottom of the crockpot. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour over the rolls. Top with the remaining rolls. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Spread icing packets on top. Serve warm.
