  • 12 1.5-1.75 oz. Bocconcini Mozzarella Balls
  • 3 Prosciutto Slices, quartered
  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil, divided

Roll each mozzarella ball up in one slice of prosciutto. Warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place wrapped bocconcini seam-side-down in skillet. Cook for about 1 minute, or until prosciutto starts to crisp and mozzarella starts to melt. Drizzle prosciutto-wrapped bocconcini with remaining olive oil. Skewer with toothpicks before serving.
