  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp.
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • Apple Topping:
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 apples (peeled and cored)
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Preheat skillet over medium heat set to 275 degrees. Whisk together the milk and vinegar. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour. Whisk the egg and oil into the milk. Add together wet and dry ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet after sprayed with cooking spray. For 2 minutes, cook until bubbles form. Flip the pancake to cook the other side. Set aside pancakes and repeat for the rest of the batter. In a medium sauce pan, add in apples, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Stir in the maple syrup and serve over pancakes once ready.
