  • Gorgonzola Cheese - crumbled
  • 2 C. mixed greens
  • 1/4 Gala or Fuji apple-thinly sliced
  • 2 oz. candied pecans
  • Balsamic Honey Dressing -
  • 4 oz. Honey Ridge Farms Balsamic Honey Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 5 oz. vegetable/canola oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Combine Balsamic Honey Vinegar & Dijon mustard in a food processor. Slowly add the oil until emulsified. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss greens with dressing. Top with crumbled cheese, pecans, and sliced apples.
