Gorgonzola and Walnut Salad

Ingredients
- 2 sm. heads lettuce
- 1/4 C. virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 4 oz. Gorgonzola, rind removed and crumbled
- 1/2 C. walnuts, toasted and chopped
Directions
Wash lettuce and dry. Tear greens into bite-size pieces. Whisk oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together. Pour dressing over salad until well-coated. Add cheese and walnuts. Toss again. Serve.
