Ingredients
- 3 oz. gorgonzola cheese
- 3 Tbs. butter, softened
- 1 boneless top sirloin steak, cut 1/2-inch thick, 1 1/2-2 lbs.
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
In a small bowl, mash cheese and butter together with a fork. Set the mixture aside. Preheat broiler. Trim excess fat from steak. Brush with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Place steak on rack in broiler pan 2-4 inches from heat. Broil 3 minutes on one side, 3-5 minutes on the other. Spread cheese/butter mixture over one side of meat. Broil 30 seconds longer. Slice meat thin and serve.
