  • 2 1-lb. pork tenderloins
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • salt
  • pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Oil a baking pan that can hold the pork. Pat pork dry with paper towels and fold the thin ends under to make the thickness even. Put tenderloins an inch apart in the pan. Stir together garlic, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Brush mixture over meat. Place pork in oven at roast for 15 minutes. Pour 1/2 C. water around the meat. Roast 10-20 minutes until pork is browned and tender. Remove pork from oven. Leave it in pan for 10 minutes. Thinly slice pork and serve.
