Gourmet Dry Sausage Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 country-style baguettes
- 70 g (4 Tbs.) butter
- 16 slices of dry pork sausage
- Crushed hazelnuts
- Lettuce leaves
- Apple slices
Directions
Split open the baguettes without completely separating them. Cut in half diagonally across the middle and butter the inside surfaces. Arrange the sliced sausage in the baguette; garnish with hazelnuts, lettuce leaves and apple slices.
