  • 12 oz. roast beef, sliced thin
  • 1 block of fresh Parmesan cheese
  • Sandwich rolls
  • 1 head of green leaf lettuce, can change lettuce out to personal choice
  • ½ lb. Russet potatoes (or similar)
  • Olive oil
  • Corn meal
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper

For the French fries, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into French fry sticks. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cornmeal, add to taste preference. Spread uncooked fries on a baking sheet in a single layer, place in oven and cook for 15 minutes. With a spatula, turn fries over, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until golden. For the sandwich, cut the sandwich roll in half. Place lettuce on bottom and stack meat on top. Shred some Parmesan cheese on top and place top piece of bread on. Serve sandwich with fries.
