  • 2 cans Beef Broth Plus Enough Water To Make 3 Cups
  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1-15 oz can Tomato Sauce
  • ½ tsp Sweet Basil
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped

In Dutch oven heat beef broth and water.
Combine the next 5 ingredients and shape into small balls; set aside.
To Dutch oven, add tomato sauce and the remaining ingredients.
Heat to a boil.
Add meatballs.
Reduce to simmer, cover and cook 45-60 minutes or until vegetables are tender and meatballs are done.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Cool and serve.
