  • 6 C. fresh basil baby spinach
  • 2 C. seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1/3 C. olive oil
  • 3 tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbs. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Combine spinach, grapes and avocado in a large serving bowl. Gently toss until ingredients are well combined.

To make dressing, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and ground pepper in a small mixing bowl.

Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
