Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 1 bunch green seedless grapes
- 1 bunch red seedless grapes
- 1 bunch black seedless grapes
- 8oz. cream cheese softened
- 8oz sour cream
- 1/3 C. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 C. chopped pecans
- 1 C. light brown sugar
Directions
Rinse and dry grapes. With electric mixer, mix cheese, sour cream and sugar. Coat grapes with the mixture and place in casserole dish. Toast pecans and mix with light brown sugar. Sprinkle over grapes. Place in refrigerator for 10-12 hrs before serving.
