Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Grapefruit
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- Mint Leaves
Start by cutting the grapefruit in half.
Scoop out the fruit and preserve both bowl shaped peels.
Chop up grapefruit into mini pieces.
Put pieces in a bowl and add the raisins.
Pour mix into the grapefruit bowls.
Garnish with mint leaves.
