Place all the ingredients in a blender. Note that all values are approximate; for a stronger drink, add in another shot or more of creme du menthe, for a thicker shake, add more ice cream, etc.

Blend ingredients til smooth and thick. Serve immediately.

NOTE: Adding a dash of Godiva liqueur makes a great mint chocolate chip cocktail!
